Women from all across Indiana came together to celebrate Jesus and be challenged by the Word at this year’s Transformed Women’s Conference. Transformed took place at two locations over two different weekends – the first at Calvary Baptist Church in Seymour and the second at Sunnycrest Baptist Church in Marion. Speaker Kimberly Sowell and author Rhonda Rhea brought God’s word at each weekend event, respectively, challenging attendees to have endless joy. The worship band from Living Faith Church in Indianapolis led inspiring worship both weekends. Twenty leaders taught breakout sessions on topics in the areas of faith and politics, addiction, missions, parenting, adoption, culture, leadership, prayer and many more. Women were invigorated and inspired at both events, saying:
- “I was greatly encouraged by spending time with my sisters. I was refreshed and feel ready to go out into the mission field again, no matter where that might be.”
- “This weekend is part of my spiritual growth and I thank God for this and the opportunity to be able to come.”
- “I love how God has always put at least one breakout session at every Transformed that helped me with a current struggle in my life.”
- “As a result of the information, training and encouragement our group has received, I think we will go back refreshed and energized. Ready to minister and serve in new ways in our church and community.”
